The following case study presents the creation of ff.next’s innovative chat-based application, called drops. Drops is an intuitive, easy-to-use, peer-to-peer, chat-based money transfer platform which targets younger generations.

This case study is quite useful from a designer point of view because it gives a vast amount of insights about the ui ux design process. The article elaborates on how the initial challenges were resolved, and what ux design principles were used. Such principle was for example the “Show, don’t tell!” which relies on high-fidelity prototyping.
