You will handle daily design tasks for a variety of exciting projects while being part of a growing, fun, and passionate design team that aims to deliver quality work to clients worldwide.

Location: Budapest, Hungary
WHAT WE NEED
- Strong English skills 🇬🇧: You’re confident in both written and spoken English and can easily communicate with international clients. (Don’t worry, we’re happy to support you in improving further if needed.)
- 2 or 3 years of UX/UI design experience: We want to see a portfolio of your top 5 projects, demonstrating clean visual design and a focus on user experience.
- Project leadership: You’re comfortable working at your own, with the guidance of our Lead designer.
- UX expertise: You can turn stakeholder goals and user research into tangible wireframes, simplifying complex user flows into intuitive interfaces.
- Interaction design experience: You’re skilled in thinking through complex systems, mapping user flows, and prototyping interactions.
- Strong design fundamentals: You have a solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems.
- UI frameworks knowledge: You’ve worked with frameworks like Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines, Bootstrap, and Tailwind, and know UI design principles for both mobile and web.
- Figma proficiency: You’re comfortable using Figma (our tool of choice) and open to learning new tools as needed.
- Presentation & communication skills: You can effectively present and justify your design decisions to clients and team members, and you’re great at stakeholder management.
- Project estimation: You’re confident in estimating project timelines and don’t need design-related guidance.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- An active presence on platforms like Dribbble, Behance, or Twitter.
- Experience writing blog posts about design.
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Framer or Webflow.
- Extra skills like animation, branding, illustration, coding, or Motion design.
